Food was absolutely amazing - hands down the best pork I’ve ever had. It was super juicy and moist on a baked potato. Portion was very generous and plenty of toppings! Next time I plan date night for me and my husband I know where we are going! By far the best food in Powell!

Food truck between Walmart and Albertsons in Sheridan pull off the freeway and go there I was on my way to Billings Wyoming and I pulled off in Sheridan to get some gas and decided to get some barbecue it is absolutely fabulous they have beef ribs pork ribs prime rib and all the sides you could ask for. I wanted the beef ribs but they had already sold out and others wouldn't be ready for another hour so I got what they call hog on a log and I paid $13 including tax that I got a whole pound of delicious barbecued pork pieces on a skewer absolutely to die for

I agree with the other reviewer best food truck I've ever been to no question about it! I love big portions and quality food and you get both here!!! TRY THEM ASAP!! * I live in WASHINGTON state but was in Sheridan earlier this year and got the pleasure of ordering the loaded nachos. Absolutely amazing :-) .... thought about them many times at home. Now I'm back (9-18-25) for another job and SO happy I just saw them back in the Sheridan Albertson's parking lot!

For starters, you smell the smoked hog and it makes your mouth start watering, you are compelled to stop, seemingly not even a choice. Then you see it and your mouth waters more. Reminds me of the Hard 8 BBQ in Stephenville. I ordered the loaded burrito and guy says it's enough for a couple meals....he wasn't lying. For only $12, I'll have enough for 4 meals... and crazy good. Kuddos y'all! Don't know where y'all come from or where you're going but you're making people's days better wherever yall are!

Ordered the loaded baked potato and nachos. We thought we ordered 2 meals and ended up with 4 or 5?! So much food! Great service and the meat is to die for. Overheard the owner talking about how they go across wyoming, and now we've followed them on social media to make sure we hit them up when we can! Best food truck we've ever been to.

Holy hog. This food truck meets all your barbecue craving needs. Got the loaded baked potato and was inspired… and also very full. You could make 3-4 meals out of the portion for only $14! Enjoy.

We got kids meals and 2 loaded burritos. It was excellent food! Kids ate their pulled pork and said they would eat it any day. Our pulled pork burritos were wonderful. You will be eating with a fork but its worth it. The meat was tender and smoke flavor was beautiful. Melt in your mouth.

Great value and quality. Coleslaw was delicious. Pulled pork sandwich was more than enough for two people and so tasty! But the best part was the friendly, authentic hospitality. Thank you for making this the best stop on our road trip. We visited the location next to The Fix coffee shop. Drop in and try it. It's worth the stop.
